ZDSJ electric high-pressure angle regulating valve adopts top guide structure, which is composed of PS series and 3810 series straight stroke electric actuators and low flow resistance angle valves. The valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient disassembly.

Electric angle control valve is a product developed to solve the serious problems of short service life, easy fracture of valve stem and easy falling off of bushing under the severe working conditions of high pressure or high pressure difference, serious cavitation and erosion. It uses multi-stage throttling to share the differential pressure, reduces cavitation, erosion and deflection damage, and greatly improves the service life of the regulating valve, especially in the urea system, which is 2-3 times longer than that of the ordinary high-pressure valve. The valve body is rectangular, and the valve core is a single guide structure. The valve body has simple flow path and low resistance. It is especially suitable for the regulation of high viscosity fluid containing suspended solids and granular media, which can avoid coking, bonding and blockage.

Product parameters

The primary function of the regulating valve is regulation, which is mainly reflected in five aspects:

1) Flow characteristics. The flow characteristic reflects the change relationship between the opening of the regulating valve and the flow, so as to adapt to different system characteristic requirements. For example, the logarithmic characteristic is required for fast response to the flow regulating system; The reaction speed to the temperature regulation system is slow, and the linear flow characteristics are required. The flow characteristic reflects the regulating quality of the regulating valve.

2) Adjustable range R. The adjustable range reflects the controllable flow range of the regulating valve, which is expressed by the ratio of R = Qmax: qmin. The larger R is, the wider the range of regulating flow is, and the better the performance index is. Generally, the R of the valve is 30. For good valves, such as V-shaped ball valve and full-function ultra light regulating valve, the R can reach 100 ~ 200.

3) Small opening performance. Some valves are limited by the structure and have poor working performance with small opening, resulting in startup, tripping and oscillation, and R becomes very small (i.e. qmin is very large), such as double seat valve and rubber lined butterfly valve. A good valve with small opening shall have fine-tuning function, which can meet the regulation of very small flow, and the working requirements are very balanced. Such valves include V-shaped ball valve, eccentric rotary valve and full-function ultra light regulating valve.

4) Flow coefficient kV. The flow coefficient indicates the capacity of passing the flow. The larger the Kv value of the same diameter, the better, especially the ball valve, butterfly valve and full-function ultra light valve. Their Kv value is 2 ~ 3 times that of single seat valve, double seat valve and sleeve valve.

5) Adjust the speed. Meet the speed requirements of the system for valve action.

The application prospect of electric angle regulating valve with the continuous progress of electronic products, especially the further improvement of reliability, foreign electric actuators have made a qualitative leap in the 1990s, which is characterized by:

① High reliability, maintenance free within 5-10 years;

② The weight is greatly reduced, which is 70% ~ 80% lighter than the old electric actuators of DKZ and DKJ;

③ The appearance has also been greatly improved;

④ Improved performance, simplified adjustment, more convenient and simple use.

There is a big gap between domestic executive agencies and them, which is still at the level of the 1960s and 1970s. It is precisely because the reliability of the electric actuator has been fundamentally solved. Coupled with the highly reliable full-function ultra light regulating valve, the regulating valve has become the real second-generation product. By the beginning of the next century, this highly reliable electronic full-function ultra light regulating valve will gradually replace the traditional combination mode of "pneumatic valve + electric valve positioner + air source". In addition to the above features of high reliability, full function and ultra light weight, it will also bring the following benefits:

(1) It is convenient and economical to use the power supply, which saves a series of expenses for establishing the gas source station;

(2) With the complex method of "pneumatic valve + electric valve positioner + air source", it not only increases the cost, but also reduces the reliability (the more links, the more factors with poor reliability);

(3) In terms of economy, in addition to the cost of gas source station, the cost of electric valve positioner is also saved: now a good imported electric valve positioner is usually more than 5000 ~ 6000 yuan, better at the price of 8000 ~ 10000, and this price can basically buy back the highly reliable electronic actuator mentioned above;

(4) Links are reduced, and the maintenance workload is reduced accordingly.
