Product overview

The upper eccentric hemispherical valve uses the eccentric principle, that is, the center of the flow channel is not concentric with the crankshaft.

During the closing process of the valve, the ball crown gradually moves towards the valve seat to realize reliable sealing at the moment of approaching, so as to avoid that the sealing pair is always in the friction state during the opening and closing process of door B. the valve ball is hemispherical, and in the open state of the wide door, the ball crown is hidden in the cavity to prevent the sealing surface from being directly washed by the medium; At the same time, ensure the flow of the whole flow channel of the valve to minimize energy loss. The head loss is almost zero. Using the special Gongba method, the stainless steel ball with fine grinding is moved to the fluororubber sealing ring.

It has soft and hard seals, which can realize reliable sealing even when the soft seal is worn or damaged. On the cushion seat of this structure, the upper and lower valve stems are equipped with thrust bearings and composite shaft sleeves to reduce the transmission torque, which has prominent advantages in the selection of electric actuators.
