Product overview

The valve body of CARX composite exhaust valve is barrel shaped, and the internals include stainless steel floating ball, lever and valve disc. It is installed in the pump outlet or water distribution pipeline to eliminate the air accumulated in the pipe and improve the service efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. When negative pressure is generated in the pipe, the external air shall be inhaled quickly to prevent the pipeline from being damaged due to negative pressure. When water is injected into the pipe, the valve disc is at the open position for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is discharged, the valve is filled with water, the floating ball rises and drives the valve disc to close, and the exhaust is stopped. When the water in the pipe is normally transported, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the air is discharged from the small hole. When the water pump stops, the water flow in the pipe is empty or negative pressure is generated in the pipe. At this time, the plug is quickly opened to inhale air to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
