Product introduction

The double eccentric hemispherical valve uses the eccentric valve body, eccentric ball and valve seat. When the valve rod rotates, it is automatically centered on the common track. The more it is closed, the tighter it is in the closing process, so as to fully achieve the purpose of good sealing. The ball of the valve is completely separated from the valve seat, which eliminates the wear of the sealing ring and overcomes the problem that the traditional ball valve seat and the sealing surface of the ball are always worn. The non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected. This product is especially suitable for steel industry, aluminum industry, fiber, micro solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas and other media.

Product features

The structure adopts the eccentric clamping principle to achieve the purpose of locking, adjusting and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring with hard surface contact seal. When the double eccentric structure is opened, the valve core is located in the ball storage chamber, the flow section is large, and the valve core is not scoured when it is closed. When it is opened, the spherical surface of the valve core is gradually along the valve seat to effectively remove scaling obstacles and realize reliable sealing. It is especially effective for mixed flow transportation of two-phase mixed flow and easy scaling and solid precipitation.

The hemisphere of the valve is made of bimetal. Different alloys are overlaid on the base metal. The valve seat is also overlaid accordingly. After special treatment, the sealing surface is composed of various types such as anti-corrosion, wear resistance and high strength to meet the needs of different occasions.

The sealing is tight, and the transmission of harmful gas can reach zero leakage.

The valve core of the sealing pair is reserved with compensation. When the valve is worn, it rotates a little when it is closed, which can seal reliably and prolong the service life. In addition, the user can screw off the compression nut, and the valve seat can still be used after adjustment or replacement, so as to avoid the disadvantage of scrapping the whole set after the valve seal fails.

The selection of bimetallic sealing pairs with different alloy (or combined ball) for surfacing can be used for working conditions with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and strict sealing requirements

1. General purpose valve: Specification and model DN40-1600. It is suitable for occasions with strict requirements such as sewage treatment, pulp, urban heating and so on

2. Special valve for petrochemical industry: Specification DN40-1600. It is suitable for crude oil, heavy oil and other oil products, weak corrosion and two-phase mixed flow media in chemical industry.

3. Special gas valve: Specification DN40-1600. It is applicable to the transportation control of gas, natural gas and liquefied gas

4. Special valve for slurry: Specification DN40-1600. It is suitable for industrial pipeline transportation with crystallization or scaling in liquid and solid two-phase mixed flow or liquid transportation.

5. Special valve for pulverized coal ash: Specification DN40-1600. It is applicable to the control of power plant, hydraulic slag removal or gaseous transmission pipeline.
