The double eccentric design is adopted between the valve plate rotating shaft and the valve seat. When the valve plate rotates, it leaves the valve seat at a small angle under the action of the cam. This prominent feature can realize long-term air tight closing. Greatly reduce the wear of valve seat and reduce the torque peak problem often encountered by traditional valves.
